Welcome to Screasy. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Screasy platform (the “Service”), provided by Screasy Inc. (“Screasy”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Screasy provides AI-powered CV screening and job-fit analysis. You may upload your CV and a job description to receive a personalized screening report that includes insights, recommendations, and a match score.

This service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate and lawful information when using our services.
• Not to upload content that infringes on third-party rights or is harmful, offensive, or illegal.
• Not to use Screasy for any commercial recruitment activity without our express consent.

You remain responsible for the content you upload, including your CV and job description.

3. Account & Access

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Screasy is not liable for unauthorized use of your account.

You may delete your account at any time via your profile settings. Deleted accounts will lose access to saved screenings and history.

4. Data Use & Privacy

We handle your data with care. By using our services, you agree to our [Privacy Policy] (link TBD), which outlines:

• How we use your CV and job description to generate insights
• Data retention, anonymization, and deletion procedures

We may use anonymized data to improve our screening engine (e.g. retrain models, enhance accuracy). You can opt out in your profile settings.

5. Intellectual Property

Screasy retains all rights to the platform, algorithms, and results we generate. You retain rights to your uploaded content (CVs, job descriptions), but grant us a license to analyze and process them for the purpose of delivering the service.

You may not reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of Screasy without permission.

6. No Guarantees

Screasy offers AI-generated insights intended to support—not replace—human decision-making in hiring or job-seeking.

We do not guarantee job placement or interview outcomes based on your results. Recruiters and employers may evaluate candidates based on factors not captured by Screasy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Screasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
• Our total liability for claims under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the use of our service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Screasy at any time.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Screasy after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

11. Pricing, Subscriptions & Billing

Free and Paid Plans

Screasy offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Tier – Access to a limited number of CV screenings per month
• Pro Plan – For $10/month, users receive access to unlimited screenings (subject to fair usage)

We may update the features, limits, or pricing of each plan over time to reflect product improvements or user feedback.

Payments & Renewals

If you choose a paid plan, your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your profile settings.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Due to the digital and instant nature of Screasy’s services, we do not offer refunds once a check has been run, unless otherwise required by law.

If you believe a charge was made in error or you experienced a technical issue that prevented use of the service, please contact us at info@screasy.io within 7 days of the charge.

Unauthorized chargebacks without first contacting support may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with relevant usage and access logs.

Fair Use

To maintain performance and fairness, we reserve the right to monitor usage patterns and prevent abuse (e.g., bots or reselling access). Accounts that exceed reasonable usage under the Pro plan may be flagged for review.
